in question of whether Preamble is part of the constitution, you have cited 2 cases Inre vs berubari 1960 wherein preamble was considered by supremecort as NOT a parft of constitutuin but Keswanand Bharti judgenebt came in 1973 has NOT in 1976. This is an important mis citated example and would mislead the students like me.
